If you're buying to experience the thrill of racing that hotrodders got back in the 50s, even a factory Mustang Ecoboost is going to do a better job in that regard. If you're buying it to touch and feel and experience a part of history, then more power to you - you'll get your money's worth. Is it just me, or do these Blizzard remasters feel like just a way for Activision to milk the fleeting value from Blizzard's heydays?) It strikes me as akin to buying a hotrod from the 1930s. (And because they aren't putting the effort into an actual reboot. Unfortunately there is no way to go back and "experience" Diablo II that way, because you have 21 years of companies and tech playing catchup and raising the bar. Hell, this game and that Blizzard really helped bring gaming into mainstream. Understand that, yes, when it came out, this game was on another level and changed gaming in general. The fact is, Diablo II is an outdated game, and Resurrected isn't going to change much of that. I'm going off on a tangent here, so feel free to disregard, but this brings me around to another point. You're only out $10 if you love it, but you've saved $30 if you hate it. Resurrected updates graphics and some peripheral but important aspects (crossplay and easier multiplayer setup), but it will still feel like the same old game. Oof! This is a tough call, but I'd say get the original and see if you like it. Last updated at 14:00:17 UTC Weekly Help Desk RAGE Loot Thread Trade Thread
